Peter Kox will be part of this years driver line up with the Acura NSX GT3 in the Pirelli World Challenge Championship.
After being selected to be the official development driver for the new Acura NSX GT3 in 2016 Peter is now also drafted in to compete in the Pirelli World Challenge alongside Ryan Eversley in 2017.
B-Quik Racing confirms that it will return to Sepang International Circuit on 8-11 December 2016 to compete in the prestigious Sepang 12 Hours for the third consecutive year, with our driver lineup from the last edition, Henk J. Kiks, Daniel Bilski and Peter Kox, being reunited in our Audi R8 LMS Cup.
The Acura NSX GT3 will make its public on-track debut in this weekend’s Pirelli World Challenge round at Mid-Ohio, in testing and practice sessions only, in anticipation of a planned race debut in 2017.
Newly named Acura GT3 development driver Peter Kox, as revealed by Sportscar365, will handle driving duties of the car on Thursday at Friday in the sessions.
“Based on a very successful test program, we’re taking the next logical step in seeing how we stack-up against the competition,” said Art St. Cyr, president of Honda Performance Development.
“Mid-Ohio seemed like the perfect opportunity, given the demands it places on a racecar and its proximity to NSX R&D and manufacturing.”
